Is your law firm autistic?
Autism is an example of an extreme male brain, characterised by extreme systemization skills but poor empathy skills. This seems to be true of a law firm culture.
If I am right, we have a problem. The market is changing quickly, but bringing about rapid change in a law firm is difficult; autism embraces predictability and stability, not entrepreneurialism.
