Company Overview
What
exactly do you do?
We help clients get from A (where they are) to B (where
they want to be) faster than they would without our
support. This usually requires a blend of consultancy,
facilitation, training and coaching; whatever it takes
to change the patterns of behaviour to those required.
We then measure the success. Read
more about what we do...
So what projects have you done recently?
In the last six months we have been:
- Developing leadership and management for partners
- Improving the sales skills of sector-focused teams
- Coaching for business development
- Refocusing a major department on their new strategy
- Getting partners to "win/win" with their
clients
- Undertaking client research
- Integrating multiple groups of board directors into
one team.

What makes you different from a training company?
- Our focus: We focus on getting
results, whatever the processes required. The training
- if required - is just part of the process.
- Our clients: Our clients are vocal
advocates of what we do. We are careful to avoid any
conflict of interest, and current clients are consulted
before we work with new clients. All current and former
clients have agreed to provide telephone references.
- Our people: We use only people
who are actual practitioners – they have already
“walked the talk”. They also have the
combination of consultancy skills, training skills
and credibility to work with the most senior of teams
as well as the most junior. Meet the team and ask
yourself:
- Do they have the experience needed?
- Do they have the drive to make it happen?
- Do they know what they are talking about?
- Do I trust them?
We believe that the answer is "yes", which
is why we develop long-term relationships with clients
based on trust and delivering the promised results.
The CV's of the 2 founding partners are attached. Others
will be provided to clients as the projects take shape,
and as we understand your needs.
