For a New Partner Programme

The firm had a well-established 2 day programme for new partners, to which they flew in partners from across europe.  For many years they had used a combination of DISC and Myers Briggs, but had discovered that little was applied or even remembered a short time after the training.

We designed a half-day programme which introduced the model of Insights and enabled delegates to quickly identify their position in the model without a psychometric test.  We then taught delegates how to identify others' behavioural preferences from observation, before explaining how we can adapt to different styles for maximum effect.

Next Example

The session received the highest marks of any, and was commented on long after the session finished.  The model was also used for subsequent departmental offsites, and the half-day programme has been repeated on subsequent new partner and new associate programmes.
